What Is A Skid Steer?

A skid steer or skid steer loader is a compact and powerful machine. It is small and has a unique steering system where the left and right wheels operate independently. This allows the vehicle to turn sharply making it very maneuverable. Skid steer loaders are equipped with large arms attached to a bucket or other attachments making them adaptable to a wide range of jobs. Skid steers are commonly found on construction sites, landscaping, agriculture, and other industries. When choosing a skid steer it is important to note that although these machines are versatile, they are also very dangerous, always make sure operators are properly trained.

On-Site Training

Onsite skid steer loader training is a program designed to train workers safely and efficiently in the operations of skid steer loaders. Hands-on training involves having workers familiarize themselves with the operation of this type of heavy equipment. Having AI Forklift Training come to your location and train your employees will give your employees the confidence they need to be successful and safe operators.

This type of training is ideal for new operators as well as experienced operators. AI Forklift Training follows CSA ( Canadian Standards Association) standards. This training will be conducted at the client’s location using the equipment their employees use every day. Employees are more relaxed when they are in their environment and tend to absorb more of that training when they are at there own location.
