Level of Workers Responsibilities

  • The Employer – Develop policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment, Ensure all employees be trained on the machines they will be using, Having a competent person such as a supervisor overseeing the operation.
  • A Supervisor or Manager – Makes certain workers comply with all government legislation and company policies, makes certain all necessary PPE is being used, Taking all precautions to protect the workers.
  • The Worker – it is your responsibility to follow all safety protocols, being compliant, using PPE, reporting any problems on the machine.
